Moscow Art Summer Academy
- TRAVEL INFORMATION. Travel arrangements are the responsibility of the student, and should be made as soon as possible to ensure the best connections to Boston.

Cambridge, MA 02138PLEASE NOTE: Students will not be admitted to the Bolshoi Ballet Academy without COMPLETE medical and insurance records. Please ensure that all records are current prior to the student's arrival.
- REGISTRATION DAY. Upon arrival, your child will be checked into his/her pre-assigned room and then will proceed to the registration. While the students are registering and receiving their medical screenings and orientation, parents who have accompanied their children are invited to meet our staff and discuss the school calendar, schedule of classes and other important activities scheduled throughout the program.
- PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION. If your child is required to take any prescription medication during his/her stay at the Academy, the medication must be brought to registration, clearly marked with the student's name and dosage directions, in a zip-loc bag. Please make sure to address your child's medical needs during your meeting with the Academy staff at the Registration.
- FINANCES: Any cash which you send with your child will be his/her responsibility.
- MEDICAL. Any medical care costs incurred will be billed directly to you. In cases where medical care is indicated, we will attempt to contact you before medical care is administered. Please complete the Credit Card Information Form included in this packet and return by July 1.
- OBSERVATION CLASSES. During the four week Academy session , there will be several observation classes scheduled. Observation days will be announced at a later point. If you plan to take advantage of this opportunity, please call our office to confirm the class time, location, and to make a reservation. As a courtesy to the teaching staff, NO ONE will be admitted to classes except on the scheduled days, and NO ONE will be admitted without an advance reservation. Thank you for your cooperation.
- STUDENT RECITAL. On Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 5:00 pm, the students will present a public performance, prepared and rehearsed by the faculty of the Bolshoi Ballet Academy. The recital is open to the public. Seating is limited and we recommend that you make a ticket reservation. We will make every attempt to accommodate your seating request and can guarantee up to 2 tickets per student.
- VIDEOTAPING. The student recital will be professionally videotaped and all students will receive a copy of the tape. This is provided at no cost to the student.
